ADVANCED SEPARATION
The JS1100 employs cutting-edge air jet technology combined with a unique nozzle movement for efficient dispersion and reproducibility. The machine minimizes sieving time while enhancing sieve longevity and simplifying maintenance. Its measuring range spans from 5 µm to 5 mm, supporting versatile applications.
Featuring a 5” color LED touchscreen, the JS1100 allows users to adjust all process parameters digitally, such as time (0.01–999 minutes), vacuum levels (20–99 mbar), and nozzle speed (5–55min⁻⊃1;). The quick-start mode and 9 pre-set SOP memory further enhance operational efficiency.
