The Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilizer is a precision sterilisation system designed for surgical instruments and sensitive medical equipment that cannot be sterilised in steam sterilizers. Built with a stainless steel 304/316L chamber with 6mm thickness and mirror finished internal surface, the outer body is available in powder coated or fully stainless steel 304 construction. Available in six chamber configurations to suit varying sterilisation requirements.

The Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilizer operates at 40 °C to 55 °C with an operating gas pressure of 1 Kg/Cm and test pressure of 2 Kg/Cm. Heating is achieved through electric immersion heaters operated by single phase. A pneumatic solenoid valve supports automated operation, with a manual system available in case of auto system failure. The cartridge is punctured only when proper negative pressure builds up, with automatic puncture inside the chamber via pneumatic cylinder ensuring safe use throughout every cycle.
A digital display monitors the running process with time and temperature throughout the entire cycle, while a compound gauge tracks vacuum and air pressure. The Kirloskar heavy duty watering vacuum pump of 1 hp ensures reliable vacuum performance. Material can be easily loaded using the basket provided with the sterilizer.
