Operational Design
Each production system is configured with a customised shelf package, vacuum system, and control architecture suited to the scale and complexity of the application. A pressure rise test function, available from larger models, allows automated process verification by briefly isolating the drying chamber from the ice condenser. Process data is continuously monitored and documented, supporting full batch traceability and regulatory compliance at every stage.
Key Features
Brine oil-flooded stainless steel shelves provide precise, reproducible temperature control across large surface areas, enabling complex temperature protocols to be defined and executed consistently. CIP and SIP systems are integrated as standard for thorough cleaning and steam sterilisation in place. Production systems are fully GMP-compliant and can be realised in a two-chamber configuration with floor plans reaching up to 60 m⊃2;. Oil-sealed or oil-free vacuum pumps are available depending on solvent requirements, and EX-protection versions are offered for explosive gas environments.
