The Steam Pot is equipped with a PID temperature controller that continuously maintains the set temperature with an accuracy of ±1 °C. The inbuilt soak time and EOC function enable automated cycle management, allowing the instrument to complete the digestion process without the need for continuous manual monitoring.
The Steam Pot is designed for consistent and safe operation across every cycle. The low water level cutoff automatically shuts off the instrument when water levels fall below the required threshold, protecting both the sample and the instrument during operation.
