Large Capacity Rotary Evaporator
The Large Capacity Rotary Evaporator is engineered for both industrial and laboratory-scale evaporation processes. Available in 6L, 10L, and 20L configurations across three variants — Standard, ATEX, and Continuous, it addresses demanding applications in pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, herb extraction, and petrochemical industries. Built with borosilicate glass and PTFE components, it handles aggressive substances and volatile solvents with equal reliability, meeting the full spectrum of process needs from R&D to scale-down production.

The evaporation flask rotates within a heated thermostatic bath, increasing solvent surface area to accelerate evaporation of volatile components at reduced pressure. The bath operates on both water and oil, reaching a maximum temperature of 150°C, powered by 3 kW electric heaters with PID temperature control to ±2°C accuracy. Vacuum is maintained between 8 mbar and atmospheric pressure with ±5 mbar sealing accuracy through a self-lubricating, maintenance-free sealing system. Rotation speed is adjustable from 10 to 150 rpm. A hydraulic lifting system automatically lowers the bath during power failure, preventing overheating and sample damage.
Digital vacuum display, remote control, data export, and recipe customisation support repeatable and traceable process management. Alarms for bath overheating, temperature deviation, and safety status monitoring are standard. Over-pressure rupture disc protection, quick-closing glassware connections, and optional plastic-coated glassware ensure operator safety throughout high-volume evaporation runs.
