Operational Design
A two-chamber design separates the drying chamber from the ice condenser, with a dedicated separating valve enabling pressure rise measurement for process verification. Vacuum regulation is handled through a dedicated vacuum valve, maintaining stable conditions throughout the cycle. The system supports multiple control configurations, including microprocessor control, PC-based visualisation, and fully automated operation, giving operators flexibility across different process requirements.
Key Features
Liquid-tempered stainless steel shelves with brine oil circulation deliver even and rapid temperature distribution across the entire shelf surface. CIP spray nozzles mounted within the chamber and condenser enable thorough in-place cleaning, while SIP capability allows full steam sterilisation under pressure. The system is GMP-FDA compliant and available in air-cooled or water-cooled refrigeration configurations. Wall-mounting with a gas-tight front panel allows clean separation between service and production areas where required.
