The Freeze Dryer with Micro Concentrator is a compact freeze dryer with an integrated micro concentrator, purpose-built for efficient sample concentration and drying within limited laboratory space. It handles both aqueous and organic solvents, delivering concentrated or fully dried outputs to suit a broad range of applications.
Operational Design
The MCFD Model applies high-speed centrifugal force under vacuum to evaporate solvents from the sample, yielding either a concentrated liquid or a completely dried solid — soluble or insoluble — depending on process requirements. A built-in heating device is included as standard, ensuring fast and consistent drying performance throughout the cycle.
Key Features
The system runs an STS-grade rotor at 2,000 RPM driven by an MPB Multi-Phase Bipolar DC Motor. It supports three tube formats - 1.5ml × 80, 15ml × 24, and 50ml × 8 — within a compact footprint of 250(W) × 285(D) × 230(H) mm. Operating on 220V / 60Hz / 1PH / 1.8A, a tube heater is included as standard for enhanced drying efficiency.
