The Superheated Water Spray Sterilizer is an advanced industrial sterilisation system engineered for precise, validated, and fully automated sterilisation. Available in single or double-walled configurations with rectangular or circular cross-sections, it accommodates a wide range of applications and chamber sizes. The optimal circular chamber design ensures efficient use of internal space while supporting major accessories effectively.
Operational Design
At the core of the system is a fully automatic PLC control unit featuring online and offline printing, F0 calculations with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and a touchscreen interface for visual process control. A 3-level password protection system manages access control, while process interlocks prevent door openings during active cycles. Precise temperature distribution across the chamber, including drain temperature monitoring, ensures repeatability and cycle validation. Manual operation mode is available independent of the PLC when required.
Key Features
Doors are available as fully automatic pneumatic sliding types or manually operated hinged doors with radial bar sealing. Peripheral milling on door edges ensures smooth and uninterrupted movement, while independent front and back door seals maintain an effective product barrier throughout the sterilisation process. Food-grade silicon rubber gaskets deliver reliable pressure sealing, and door sensors automatically reverse the closing action upon detecting any obstruction.
